In this free course what I'm offering are information that will help anyone or family members dealing with any form of mental stress, health challenges move towards healing and take that journey seriously. This work is part of a campaign of healing and more courses will be added as we proceed.

A healthy mind is what it takes for a person to achieve a healty life, without a healthy mind the journey to a healthy living will be damn near impossible. HOW THE BRAIN/MIND WORKS (Basics)
By far the most important piece of the journey towards keeping the mind healthy begins with understanding how the mind works. Learning and getting to know your own brain/mind is very important. In this video Luminos teaches you about the mind and the brain grab you notebook and lets begin.
